Self-Service Returns

We strive to make it easy to return items. Our Self-Service return portal is super easy to use and can get your return and refund underway quickly. Click the button below to begin.

Tip: Have your order number at hand. This typically looks like “R-123456”. It can be found on your packing slip or order-related emails.

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery for money back or 30 days of delivery for store credit. No exchanges. Original and return shipping costs will not be included in the refunded amount. For full details please read our full Returns & Refund Policy below.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer multiple convenient ways to take care of you when products or shipping don’t go as planned. Click below on the category that best fits your situation.

NOTE: All returns must have an RMA number provided by us. Any items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and the product liquidated with no refund to the customer.

Once your order has been fulfilled and the shipment tracking number has been created, you cannot cancel or change your order. If you cancel prior to fulfillment, there will be a 5% cancellation fee. Please send an email to [email protected] regarding order cancellations or changes.

Returns or refunds for money back must be initiated and received within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns or initiate refunds on used or opened merchandise. A prepaid return label can be provided for the merchandise being returned OR the customer can choose their own method to return the merchandise. The cost of this prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund of the merchandise. Refunds are for merchandise only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging and in good condition. If the item(s) are returned and are damaged or not in original packaging a 25% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. Sale items are non-refundable. If a discount was used when purchasing merchandise, the refund will reflect the value at which the merchandise was sold with applicable deductions as outlined previously.

When your return is received and inspected, and if the return is eligible, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Allow for an additional 2 business days for refunds to process and arrive in your banking account.

Real Milk Paint Co is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. For packages with a product valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance through the carrier. Please use the form below to initiate a return.

If a product arrives in a damaged state (leaking, broken containers, etc) please take a photo of the damaged package and/or product. Include this photo in the form below. Damaged products are reviewed on a case by case basis and appropriate action will be determined by the Real Milk Paint Co.

If your package is unfortunately stolen after delivery you may be eligible for a replacement of the package. For eligibility to be considered a police report must be filed by the customer and a copy of the report sent to [email protected]. After the incident and the police report have been reviewed a replacement package may be sent. The shipping costs of a replacement package will be the responsibility of the customer. A signature will be required for the delivery of the replacement package. The Real Milk Paint Co is not responsible for stolen packages.
